Georgia specialises in corporate law, with a particular focus on transactional work including disposals, acquisitions and investments.
Georgia is adept at acting on both the buy and sell side of a transaction and has a wealth of cross border transactional experience, having acted for clients across the US and Europe.
Georgia also advises on corporate reorganisations, such as hive ups and demergers. She similarly advises on general corporate governance matters, such as shareholder arrangements, share schemes, directors’ duties and board procedures.
