Fred advises landlords, tenants and developers on their commercial property issues. He has long-standing relationships with clients including institutions, charities, family offices and property funds.
Fred advises on a range of commercial property work, focusing principally on investment transactions and asset management, landlord and tenant matters and corporate occupancy. He has particular experience in advising on issues in relation to office, retail and leisure property assets – both urban and out-of-town.
He acts for a range of clients with an emphasis on family offices, offshore trustees, property funds, institutions and charities.
Fred’s long-standing clients appreciate his collaborative and measured approach, which helps to ensure matters run smoothly even when there are several moving parts, often with an international dimension.
