Francesca is a residential property specialist experienced in working on high-value residential transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases as well as acting for a number of private banks on secured lending transactions. In addition to this, Francesca also deals with transfers of equity and property management.
Conveyancing can be a very personal matter for many clients and Francesca works hard to ensure that her clients' interests are put first. Francesca works to meet clients' objectives in a friendly yet pragmatic manner and finds that understanding their needs is key to getting results, both in terms of transactional work and building relations with clients.
Francesca's clients are typically individuals and so forming good relationships to work towards the end goal is important.
As well as practising all aspects of residential property law, Francesca has experience in rural and commercial property which was gained from a six month internal secondment to each department. Commercial work that she has been involved in includes licence to assigns, lease extensions, assisting on the purchase of commercial units including reviewing and reporting on commercial leases. Rural work includes transfers of part and deeds of variation of restrictive covenants.
Francesca engages with clients and intermediaries throughout a transaction in an attempt to keep all parties fully updated. This is turn tends to mean that issues are flushed out quite early on in the transaction meaning that results can be reached efficiently. Francesca has a friendly open manner which enables communication with all parties throughout a transaction.
Francesca's experience ranges from working on the usual residential practice of purchasing and selling to acting for lenders on refinances of rural plots of land. Francesca also deals with the property management of a large property development in Notting Hill, London, as well as acting for both lenders and borrowers in high-value secured lending transactions.
Francesca qualified as a solicitor in 2014.
