Charlotte advises on a variety of banking and financial transactions acting for both lenders and borrowers on secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Charlotte works with both lenders and borrowers including financial institutions, public and private companies, trustees and private individuals on a wide variety of banking and finance transactions, in a domestic and international context.
She has particular experience of real estate finance transactions, involving both residential and commercial property, where her level-headed approach helps clients to put financing in place successfully, often under tight deadlines.
Charlotte also acts for charities, trustees and individuals on both secured and unsecured lending transactions, including asset-based finance.
